Aqua Mekong

The Aqua Mekong, built in 2014, is a luxurious river cruise ship that travels the Mekong River between Vietnam’s Mekong Delta and Cambodia. It accommodates up to 40 guests in 20 stylish suites. Onboard, you’ll find indoor and outdoor bars, cozy lounge and dining areas, a small pool, an outdoor movie theater, a screening room, an observation deck, a fitness center, a spa, and a boutique.

Welcome Aboard

Our crew gives you a warm welcome and excellent service throughout your Aqua Mekong Cruise. With a one-to-one staff-to-guest ratio, you’ll be well taken care of. The 40 crew members include a cruise director, a paramedic, and four English-speaking guides who lead daily trips into the Mekong’s tributaries and cultural sites like Khmer pottery villages and Phnom Penh.

The Aqua Mekong has 320-square-foot, air-conditioned suites spread over two decks, designed with local materials and modern comforts. Each suite has a king-size bed (convertible to twins), a sitting area, and a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer great views of the Mekong. Eight suites have a balcony with a table for two. Four interconnecting suites are ideal for families.

Life On Board

On board, you’ll enjoy upscale dining with an Asian-inspired menu by Michelin-starred chef David Thompson, using fresh local ingredients. The ship also has a great cocktail menu.

For entertainment, there’s a movie screening room and a library/games room. Stay fit in the gym with river views, shop for handmade souvenirs, or relax in the spa. A health officer is on hand for any needs. The ship uses modern navigation and has a skilled crew for safety.

The air-conditioned Observation Deck offers great views of villages, colonial buildings, and temples. Relax on sun loungers, enjoy drinks from the Rooftop Bar, or swim in the infinity pool. The Outdoor Lounge becomes a movie theater at night, while the Indoor Lounge hosts talks on ecology and culture.

Land & Water-Based Activities

Along with sightseeing, you can enjoy daily activities like cycling, kayaking, swimming, and guided meditation at sunrise. Ten bicycles are available for independent exploration on land.
